Butch worked 39 years for Ford Motor Company. 
His experience was all in the field where he worked directly with Ford dealerships as Commercial Business Manager, Sales Operations Manager, Market Representation Manager, and Dealer Operations Manager. 
The 19 years before retirement were with FordPRO, working with the dealers as well as end users and upfitters.  
After retiring from Ford, Butch immediately became an Instructor and Professional-Coach to Ford’s Field Academy for the U.S. and Mexico.  Additionally, he consults 1:1 with commercial dealers to help improve processes and train personnel.

​Gil Weiss has provided educational programs as presenter and curriculum developer for vehicle manufacturers, dealer groups, dealerships, and allied industry companies for 25 years.  Gil has developed and taught commercial truck curriculum across the U.S. and Canada for Ford Motor Company since 2005.   Gil developed and instructed retail, finance, and commercial truck programs as Director of Custom Curriculum for NADA.
Gil draws much of his inspiration from the dealership positions he has held and from working with retail and commercial sales teams throughout the U.S. and Canada.
